You will keep receiving requests like you always have – by phone, email and chat. Your reservations department will then use Quotelier to service these requests. You can also add a widget to your website or connect Quotelier to your website’s contact form and receive requests directly via Quotelier.
You verify our email server with a simple DNS record in your domain and all emails arrive to the guest by the official hotel email address.
If the guest replies to the email, you will receive it in your inbox exactly as you would a regular email conversation.
